Representatives of Givaudan and our third party contractor handling structural and damage assessments will be present at United Crescent Hill Ministries at the following dates and times:

1. Tuesday November 19, 7-9pm  (we will be outside at a table under the breezeway at the back entrance this evening)
2. Wednesday November 20, 4-7pm – in the main room inside
3. Friday November 22, 3-5pm – in the main room inside
4. Saturday November 23, 10am – noon – in the main room inside
5. Wednesday December 4, 4-6pm – in the main room inside
6. Wednesday December 11, 4-6pm – in the main room inside
7. Wednesday December 18, 4-6pm – in the main room inside

Neighbors will need to bring their ID / proof of address with them so that we can keep track of all the needs and what has been committed. Please note that we will need to focus our most immediate efforts on those most impacted by the accident and then work from there. Thank you for your patience during this process.
