Job Title: Samples Preparer (Part-time)
Job Location: Louisville-Payne Street
Function: Manufacturing
Reports to: Plant Manager/Quality Manager
Direct Reports: None
Who replaces when out: Customer Support Representatives
Purpose:  This position will ensure that our customers receive requested samples of our liquid and powder products.
Principle Responsibilities:
Laboratory Technician:

Pulling requests from our Samples database.

Accurately filling small sample bottles and boxes.

Shipping samples to customers with needed paperwork.

Following up with customers and sales people where appropriate.

Managing our samples inventory to ensure availability of fresh product.

Work with the Supply Chain Manager / QA Manager to ensure accurate inventory usage is recorded.

Communication with sales team via e-mail and Salesforce as needed

Skill Requirements:
Laboratory experience is a plus (classroom or job related).
Position requires a self-starter who is accurate, detail oriented, dependable and responsible.
Physical Demands:
Long periods of standing
